He assumed the general management of Latin America Power in March 2023 after having served as CFO of LAP since 2017, and after a solid track record as CFO in companies such as British American Tobacco Chile and Ultramar group companies (Full-Pak, ATCO Sabinco, Puerto Angamos & TGN).

Oscar Morales

Commercial & Regulation Manager

Engineer with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Power Systems from the Simón Bolívar University and a Master's degree in Electrical and Environmental Economics from the Comahue University. With more than 25 years of experience in the energy sector, conducting studies related to the design of electricity rates, electricity system planning, design of the electricity market and its regulation, and technical-economic feasibility of generation projects. Previously, he has been Project Leader at Systep and Project Engineer at Energética S.A., and Coordinator of Commercial Management at Electrificación del Caroní, the largest electricity generation company in Venezuela.

Vicente Orueta

Commercial Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with experience in Corporate Finance achieving a variety of transactions, such as, project and business valuation, M&A, structured financings and key relationships with institutional investors. He assumed the finance management of Latin America Power in March 2023 after having served as assistant manager of corporate finance of LAP since 2021.

Psychologist with a Diploma in People Management and more than 15 years’ experience leading multidisciplinary teams that implement and manage human resources matters, in companies in the financial, aeronautical, consulting and energy sectors.

Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Engineer with 18 years of relevant experience. He has more than 6 years’ experience in the generation and energy projects sector. He became LAP's Safety, Sustainability and Environmental Manager in the second half of 2018, after working at MASISA S.A. and Duke Energy.

Francisca Pérez

Corporate Lawyer Chile

Lawyer from Universidad Diego Portales with experience in corporate law, mergers, acquisitions and financing. Prior to LAP, she was a member of the team at Baraona Fischer y Cía, a prestigious law firm in Chile that specializes in taxation and corporate issues, and was a corporate lawyer for Farmacias Ahumada S.A., a member of the Walgreens Boots Alliance.
