We are very happy to tell you that we received the 40 Hours Seala certification granted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare of the Chilean Government, which recognizes us for promoting a voluntary policy of reducing the working day to improve the life quality of our employees. A benefit we have also extended to Peru, even though there is no legislation there that encourages this labor practice.
Our general manager, Diego Hollweck, emphasized that "at LAP our efforts are focused on improving the well-being of our employees, and for that to happen it is essential that they can share with their families, devote time to their personal care or simply enjoy their free time. In this sense, we have been able to anticipate the new ways of working and be one of the few companies that have this seal".
It is important to highlight that it would not have been possible to voluntarily establish a reduced working day if we did not have the commitment and responsibility of each one of you, to ensure the delivery of an excellent service and to delivery our commitments within the deadlines and dates set, so we send our congratulations to all of you and encourage you to continue giving your best.
AT LAP, WE SEEK TO BE A GOOD PLACE TO WORK
